The ring was hand-crafted in fine 925 sterling silver by an artisan in Taxco, Mexico.

Modern and clean in design, this ring features a matched pair of oval cabochon blue Turquoise.

The artisan skillfully bezeled each gem with sterling silver in a bypass position. 

The ring is a finger size 7 and is slightly sizeable.

The ring was hand-crafted by an artisan in Taxco where generations of silver masters have practiced their craft using the rich resources of their area. 

This beauty can be ordered and you can own a gemstone that has deep traditions.  

About Taxco:

Taxco was a lovely silver mining town located southwest of Mexico City and the center of a hand-wrought silver industry in the 1930's. 



Taxco silver jewelry production boomed during World War II because Europe was unavailable as a source of luxury goods during this time so many high-end retailers in the United States and Canada turned south of the border to meet customer demand for exceptional silver art and jewelry. 



Taxco presently has over 300 silver workshops that produce hand-made silver jewelry which is now one of the most recognized Mexican art forms.



Taxco is primarily known for its fine silver handwork and other crafts, being recognized as the outstanding center for silver work in the Western Hemisphere.
